Because the security of your investment is our non-negotiable priority, we have implemented some of the most rigorous logistics protocols in the world. In collaboration with leaders in the transport of valuables such as Malca-Amit and FedEx , each shipment is handled with complete discretion, real-time traceability, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
This page details our international shipping procedures, our liability levels, and the receiving protocols we ask you to follow to ensure the perfect protection of your treasures during their journey.
1. Delivery in Switzerland
1.1 DELIVERY METHODS AND DISCRETION
All deliveries within Switzerland are made via ultra-secure channels. For high-value shipments, we entrust the responsibility and organization of transport to Malca-Amit, a world leader in secure logistics. The sender indicated on the package is Dodeca Partners Sàrl. For critical security and discretion reasons, no mention of the contents (diamonds, precious stones) or the brand name appears on the outer packaging.
1.2 INSURANCE AND ACTUAL VALUE
Each shipment is covered by Ad Valorem insurance corresponding to the actual invoice value of the goods. This specialized coverage protects the purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transport, freeing the customer from any financial loss, provided that the verification procedures upon receipt are followed.
1.3 DELIVERY AND SECURITY PROCEDURES
The security of your purchase is our top priority, regardless of the amount:

From the very first franc : No deliveries are made to mailboxes or left unattended. The package is delivered exclusively upon handwritten signature of the recipient.

From CHF 5,000 to CHF 15,000 : Delivery is organized and fully insured under the responsibility of Malca-Amit. Shipping may be via the secure FedEx network, with a mandatory hand delivery protocol and systematic identity verification.

For orders over CHF 15,000 : Delivery is exclusively handled by Malca-Amit using their secure, end-to-end armored transport protocol. In certain cases, a personalized handover may be arranged by a member of Dodeca Diamonds' management team.
1.4 DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery times are generally 2 to 8 business days after payment confirmation. These times may vary depending on part availability or logistical requirements related to the high value of the shipment. For personalized delivery, the appointment will be scheduled by mutual agreement with the customer.
1.5 CUSTOMER MONITORING AND RESPONSIBILITY
The customer can track their shipment in real time via the carrier's secure network.

Disclaimer Clause : Any instruction to "drop off without signature" or "drop off upon entry" given unilaterally by the customer to the carrier (via the online portal or the service provider's application) results in the complete release of Dodeca Diamonds from liability. In the event of theft or loss following such a request, transport insurance cannot be activated.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
2.1 EUROPE ZONE (EUROPEAN UNION)
Logistics, Liability and Insurance:

Up to CHF 1,000: Shipping via FedEx International Priority.

From CHF 1,001: Logistics and full liability are entrusted to Malca-Amit. For this amount, Malca-Amit can use the secure FedEx network for physical delivery while guaranteeing insurance coverage for the actual value.

From CHF 15,000: Delivery exclusively via Malca-Amit's secure circuits.
2.2 INTERNATIONAL & NON-EU AREA
Logistics, Liability and Insurance:

Up to CHF 1,000 : Shipping via FedEx International Priority.

For orders over CHF 1,001 : Logistics are handled exclusively by Malca-Amit (Liability). Each package is fully insured with Ad Valorem coverage up to the invoice value. Shipping is carried out under enhanced security protocols, even when using the FedEx network.

From CHF 30,000 : Exclusive Malca-Amit prestige transport from end to end.
2.3 TAXATION AND CUSTOMS FORMALITIES

Tax-Exempt Sales: In accordance with Swiss export legislation, all orders destined for overseas are invoiced and dispatched free of Swiss VAT. The price paid on our website does not include any foreign value added tax (VAT).

Buyer’s Responsibility: The Buyer is the official importer of the goods into the country of destination. As such, they are solely responsible for paying local VAT, customs duties and any other import taxes or customs clearance fees applicable in their country.

Customs clearance procedure: Our logistics partners (Malca-Amit or FedEx) will always contact the recipient by email or telephone prior to delivery to request payment of any applicable duties. The goods will only be released and handed over once these amounts have been paid in full to the customs authorities.

Consequences of refusal to pay: In the event of the parcel being returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs duties or a prolonged lack of response to the carrier’s requests, the sale cannot be cancelled free of charge. The costs of secure return (high security), re-import duties into Switzerland and administrative fees will be deducted in full from the refund or re-invoiced to the customer.

Export documents: Dodeca Diamonds provides all the necessary legal documents (commercial invoice, certificate of origin if required) to facilitate customs clearance. For reasons of legal compliance and insurance, we will not accept any requests to undervalue the goods on official documents.
2.4 EXPORT SECURITY PROTOCOLS

Identification and Hand Delivery: Delivery is made exclusively against the handwritten signature of the final recipient. A valid official identity document (Passport, Identity Card) will be systematically required by the carrier to verify the buyer's identity.

Prohibition of Delegation or Deposit: For compliance reasons with our international insurers and Malca-Amit's Liability, no instructions for "deposit without signature" (such as a Safe Place), "deposit with a neighbor," or "reshipment to a collection point" are permitted. Any change to the delivery address or method made by the customer directly with the carrier after shipment immediately voids insurance coverage and Dodeca Diamonds' liability.

Discretion Protocol: To guarantee the security of transport, the sender listed on all shipping documents and customs labels is Dodeca Partners Sàrl. The outer packaging is completely neutral and bears no brand name or indication of the precious nature of the contents (diamonds, gems, or jewelry).
2.5 INSPECTION AND SECURE DELIVERY PROCEDURE
In order for our partners’ liability and insurance cover to be activated, the Buyer must strictly adhere to this procedure:

Inspection in the presence of the carrier: The customer must check the external condition of the parcel before signing the delivery note. The security seal (special adhesive tape) must be intact and show no signs of cutting, peeling or double-sided tape.

Mandatory Refusal due to Defects: If the parcel is damaged (crushed, punctured, wet) or if the security seal appears to have been tampered with, the customer must refuse delivery. They must ensure that the delivery driver notes on the terminal or delivery note: ‘Parcel refused: damaged packaging / security seal compromised’.

Immediate Notification: Any refusal must be reported to Dodeca Diamonds within 24 hours. If a parcel with a visible defect is accepted without a written reservation, the insurance will not cover the claim.

Opening and Claims: If an item is found to be missing from a parcel that arrived intact, the customer must retain all packaging (box and seals) for inspection. In accordance with Art. 201 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, signing without reservation constitutes confirmation of the external integrity of the consignment and transfers liability to the recipient.
2.6 DELIVERY TIMES, TRACKING AND LIABILITY

Transit Times : Average transit times are 7 to 15 business days. These times vary depending on the destination and the efficiency of local customs services.

Real-Time Traceability: Dodeca Diamonds provides you with a secure tracking number allowing you to follow each step of the delivery via our partners' platforms.

Customs Inspections: The Seller cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays related to customs clearance procedures, border security inspections or random checks by authorities.

Delivery Commitment: If the package cannot be delivered due to an internal logistical error, we will immediately initiate the search procedures and activate the Liability Ad Valorem insurance for reimbursement or replacement.

3. Premium Logistics (For shipments over CHF 15,000.-)
3.1 HIGH-SECURITY AND DISCREET PARTNERS
For exceptional purchases valued at over CHF 15,000, Dodeca Diamonds exclusively uses carriers specialising in the transport of valuables (Malca-Amit). The confidentiality protocol remains absolute: the packaging is completely neutral and the sender listed is Dodeca Partners Sàrl, guaranteeing total confidentiality.
3.2 UNLIMITED INSURANCE AND ‘SAFE-TO-SAFE’ TRANSPORT
Every high-value shipment is covered by specific insurance covering 100% of the invoice value, with no upper limit.

Continuous Security: The gem travels via a closed circuit. It never leaves a secure area or a mobile safe between our hands and yours.

Total Protection: This insurance protects the investment against any residual risk from the moment it leaves our safes until final delivery
3.3 ‘WHITE GLOVES’ DELIVERY PROCEDURE
High-end logistics requires a manual, ultra-secure delivery protocol:

Identity Verification: Delivery is made exclusively by hand to the final recipient, following rigorous verification of an official identity document.

Secure Location: Depending on the value or security requirements, delivery may be arranged at an agreed secure location (bank, high-end office or free port).

Delivery by Management: For the rarest items, Dodeca Diamonds reserves the right to have the delivery carried out personally by one of its directors or specialist advisers.
3.4 CUSTOMS FORMALITIES AND EXPORT

Priority Customs Clearance: Our prestigious partners handle all complex customs formalities on a priority basis, minimising administrative hold-up times.

Support: Although import duties remain the responsibility of the Buyer (Art. 2.3), the specialist carrier assists the customer to ensure full compliance.
3.5 TIMELINES AND PERSONALISED TRACKING
Due to enhanced security protocols (armoured convoys), delivery times are 7 to 15 working days. A dedicated communication channel is established to precisely coordinate the time of handover.
3.6 OBLIGATIONS ON RECEIPT (Prestige Protocol)
The customer must inspect the integrity of the security seal in the presence of the transport agent. Any anomaly must result in the immediate refusal of the parcel to allow the activation of specific high-value insurance cover.
